The UniFi service subscription entitles you to a free subscription of TM’s voice service. The voice service is subject to a maximum of ONE (1) Voice Line. A new PSTN number will be assigned to the new phone (DECT Phone) and is not chargeable. The voice service will be similar to your existing PSTN service. Enjoy the UniFi Residential Package with special call rates as below:

  1. FREE calls to TM fixed lines nationwide.
  2. Flat rate 10 sen/min to all mobile and other fixed lines nationwide.
  3. Normal International Call (IDD) rates. (International Call activation is available upon request.)
  4. Fax rates are the same as Voice call rates. Charges will depend on the duration of the fax transmission irrespective of the number of pages successfully transmitted.

For each UniFi Residential Package, you can subscribe to an additional ONE (1) Telephone Line with the same call rates. Additional lines can be subscribed to for RM25/month per line.
